            The first angle is 23°, the second angle is 67°

    x°   – measure of first angle

    (3x-2)° – measure of second angle

    Their sum is 90° so

    x + 3x – 2 = 90

             +2       +2

         4x  =  92

          ÷4     ÷4

          x = 23

    Checking:  23+67 = 90
