    `<=>90x-3x^2+15x=90x-450`

    `<=>-3x^2+90x-90x+15x+450=0`

    `<=>-3x^2+15x+450=0`

    `<=>-3(x^2-5x-150)=0`

    `<=>x^2-5x-150=0`

    `<=>x^2-15x+10x-150=0`

    `<=>x(x-15)+10(x-15)=0`
