    As 3-4-5     5-12-13 is a right triangle

    5^2 + 12^2 = 25 * 144 = 169 = 13^2

    Not sure how POR is designated, but

    cos theta = 12/13 = .923    theta = 22.6 deg

    sin theta = 5/13 = .385   theta = 22.6 deg
