    Giải thích các bước giải:

    Ta có $: \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{k} + \sqrt{k + 2} } = \dfrac{\sqrt{k + 2} – \sqrt{k}}{(\sqrt{k + 2})² – (\sqrt{k})² } $

    $ = \dfrac{\sqrt{k + 2} – \sqrt{k}}{(k + 2) – k } = \dfrac{\sqrt{k + 2} – \sqrt{k}}{2} $

    Nên :

    $ \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{1} + \sqrt{3} } = \dfrac{\sqrt{3} – \sqrt{1}}{2} $

    $ \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{3} + \sqrt{5} } = \dfrac{\sqrt{5} – \sqrt{3}}{2} $

    $ ……………………………$

    $ \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{167} + \sqrt{169} } = \dfrac{\sqrt{169} – \sqrt{167}}{2} $

    Cộng lại:

    $ S = \dfrac{\sqrt{169} – \sqrt{1}}{2} = \dfrac{13 – 1}{2} = 6$
