    If deceleration = 5 m/s²

    then acceleration = -5 m/s²

    According to third law of motion,

    = v² = 2as + u²

    = v² = 2×-5×10 + 27²

    = v² = -100 + 729

    = v =√ 629

    = 25.08 m/s
