    Answer:

    The intial length of the spring when on force was applied = 10 cm

    Final length of spring when force applies to the suspended spring = 22cm

    Total distance covered by the spring = (22-10)cm = 12 cm

    Magnitude of force when applied = 4N

    as we can write that 4N = 12cm

    SO,1N = (12/4) cm = 3cm

    so 6N of force does (6×3) cm= 18cm(ans)
