We know that the landscapers are pulling a tree, the forces acting on the tree are:
Friction: As they move the tree, the ground makes a force opposite to the direction of movement, which is called friction.
Tension: They are pulling the tree, so there is tension force applied to the tree.
Obviously, the gravitational force and the normal force also act on the tree, the gravitational force pulling down the tree and the normal force “as an answer” to the previous one
