    Ta thấy biểu thức $x^2+6x+9=(x+3)^2\ge 0$ nên ĐKXĐ: $x\in\mathbb{R}$

    $\sqrt{x^2+6x+9}=7$

    $\Leftrightarrow x^2+6x+9=49$

    $\Leftrightarrow x^2+6x-40=0$

    $\Leftrightarrow (x-4)(x+10)=0$

    $\Leftrightarrow x=4; x=-10$ (TM)

    $\to S=\{4;-10\}$
