    I am writing to express my unpleasantness with the service at Thanh Ba post office on Saturday 14 January.

    At that time, I would like to deliver a pack of goods to Hai Phong. Unfortunately, Thanh Ba’s staff refused to do that without any reason. I think it happened because there were not enough staff on duty on Saturday, but it was so unacceptable when all the staff did not say anything.

    I hope you can take steps to make sure this mistake does not happen again.
