    Explanation:

    Mass is something used to describe how much matter there is in a body and it is constant throughout the universe. In other words, if you are 70 kg here at earth, you will be 70 kg at the moon, mars etc. However, that is not the case with weight. Weight is a force counted in N ( Newtons ). It is used to describe how much earth pulls you to its center. that is why you see astronauts flying and jumping easily around at the moon, where here at earth its harder. That happens cause the earth is bigger than the moon, so it pulls you much harder, so you weight even more. To sum up:

    Mass:

    • measures: matter
    • stays constant
    • counted in kg ( kilogram(s) )

    Weight:

    • measures: pulling force
    • changes from place to place
    • counted in N ( Newton(s) )
