I think I misread something.

I assumed that 3.5 is the length but if It’s not, just redo the calculations of the width, length, and height but the process after that should be the same. Just change the wrong numbers.

New calculations

3.5 / (5/7) = 4.9

The length is 4.9 feet

3.5(4/5) = 2.8

The height is 2.8 feet.

(4.9)(3.5)(2.8) = 48.02

The tank can hold cubic feet of milk

66.5(48.02) = 3193.33

The tank can hold 3193.33 pounds of milk
