    3 x 9 – this would give a total of just 27 feet…..so we know its bigger than this…..but essentially this starting place puts us in the right ballpark

    following on from this….

    if we do…..3.11 x 9.33 – this gives us 29.0163

    and we have a rectangle which meets the criteria
