    Yes, there is a direct correlation between amount of sunlight received and growth, this can be observed by the constant increase of 3 inches as the plant receives an hour more of sunlight.

    Part B:
    y= 3x+4

    Part C:
    The y-intercept of the plot indicates that the plant started at 4cm and the slope indicates that with each hour of sunlight that the plant receives, the plant grows another 3 inches.
