    At rest, acceleration = 0

    At the top of the drop acceleration = 5.0 m/s2

    Rate of acceleration = (5.0 m/s2 – 0) = 5.0m/s^2

    Time taken for travel = 2.0 sec

    At the bottom of the drop point, the velocity will be (Change in acceleration / time taken)

    i.e (5.0 m/s2 / 2.0 seconds)

    = 2.5 m/s

    Thus, the velocity of the rollercoaster will be 2.5m/s.
