    Answer: θ = 102.3°

    Explanation:

    The reflected light will depart at 45.0° from the normal

    Snell’s law for the refracted light

    1.00sin45 = 1.31sinθ

    θ = arcsin(sin45.0/1.31) = 32.66840… ≈32.7°

    The angle between these is 180 – 45 – 32.7 =  102.3°
